Dinesh Chand Gupta

Dinesh Chand Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service management within the automotive and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager Service North Zone at IFB Industries Ltd since April 2019, Dinesh oversees service delivery and consumer experience management across four states. Prior to this, Dinesh held various roles at Hero MotoCorp Ltd since July 2005, including Sr. Area Service Manager for Madhya Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Western UP, where responsibilities included leading a team of 14 Territory Managers and driving after sales service operations. Additionally, Dinesh served as Zonal Warranty Manager for the North, focusing on warranty operations and strategic business model development. Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur, completed in 2005.
