Kailash Nath Yadav

Kailash Nath Yadav is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Production Engineering Head-GM at Hero MotoCorp since December 2022, Kailash previously held the position of Deputy General Manager Project at JCB India Ltd. from July 2016 to January 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing manufacturing engineering efforts. Prior experience includes a Senior Manager role in the Manufacturing Engineering Section at New Holland from June 2007 to July 2016, and a Senior Engineer position at Sona Koyo Steering Systems Ltd. from May 2005 to June 2007, focusing on new product development and project activities. Kailash holds a BE in Mechanical Engineering from Kurukshetra University and a Senior Secondary degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya.
