Mandeep Sandhu

Mandeep Sandhu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product strategy and corporate management within the automotive and agriculture sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Strategy at Hero MotoCorp since October 2019, Mandeep has previously held key roles at Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd., where responsibilities included leading product planning for motorcycles and evaluating new business opportunities in the agri-food category. Mandeep's foundational career began at SML ISUZU Ltd. as a Junior Manager, focusing on industrial engineering and process improvement, where significant projects included implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Mandeep holds a Master of Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Panjab University.
