Nishit Shankar

Nishit Shankar is an experienced professional in the automotive sector, currently serving as the Assistant General Manager and Skill Team Lead for EV Testing and Validation at Hero MotoCorp since January 2022. Prior to this, Nishit held a managerial role at the Automotive Research Association of India, focusing on electromagnetic compatibility testing and homologation for electric vehicles from August 2018 to January 2022. Nishit's career includes significant experience at TUV Rheinland India as an Automotive Strategist and Manager, and at the International Centre for Automotive Technology in various capacities, including Assistant Manager and Senior Engineer, where a notable achievement involved expanding the customer base and revenue for the Auto Component Lab. Nishit began the professional journey as a Management Trainee at Cobra Group of Companies and has a strong educational background in Electronics and Communication from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
