Pankaj Samdani

Pankaj Samdani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in vendor development and commodity management. Currently serving as a Manager at Hero MotoCorp Ltd since October 2013, Pankaj leads digitization projects and oversees sourcing and negotiation of raw materials worth approximately 4000 Crores, devising strategies based on multiple factors including FTA and cost. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Tata Motors from October 2008 to October 2013, focused on procurement, vendor selection, quality assurance, and process improvement. Pankaj began a career in October 2004 as a Senior Engineer for Production Planning & Control at JK Tyre & Industries Ltd, where responsibilities included production planning and inventory control across multiple plants. Pankaj holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University, earned between 2000 and 2003.
