Ritik Kesharwani

Ritik Kesharwani is a Technical Service Engineer at Hero MotoCorp since October 2024, providing technical support to the dealer service team, analyzing field failures, and delivering technical training. Previously, Ritik served as a Product Support Engineer at Euler Motors from October 2023 to September 2024, focusing on after-sales service support and root cause analysis for electrical and mechanical issues in electric L5 category commercial vehicles. Prior to that, Ritik worked at Ola Electric in various roles, including Experience Centre Leader, Diagnosis Engineer, and Graduate Engineering Trainee from December 2021 to November 2023. Ritik holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, completed in 2021.
