Shrikant Bansode

Shrikant Bansode is a Senior Project NVH Engineer at Hero MotoCorp Ltd since April 2017, specializing in noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) engineering. Previously, Shrikant worked at Bajaj Auto Ltd from February 2009 to April 2017, where responsibilities included enhancing the NVH capabilities of the department and working in a leading vehicle testing NVH anechoic chamber. Before that, Shrikant was a Senior Associate at TATA Motors Ltd, focusing on specific vehicle models, and started as a Trainee Engineer at Mahindra Pvt. Ltd, gaining hands-on experience with various tractor models. Shrikant Bansode holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from S.E.S. Polytechnic Solapur (2003-2005) and completed secondary education at Pune University in 2000.
