Monika Soien

Monika Soien has extensive experience in executive support roles, currently serving as Executive Assistant Manager to the CEO at Hero Vired since October 2024. Previously, Monika held the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO at SAR Electric Mobility from September 2020 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing a busy calendar, handling confidential correspondence, and organizing travel. Prior to that, Monika worked as an Executive Assistant at NatWest Group, supporting three Senior HR Leaders while serving as a key contact for various stakeholders. Monika's career began at Mithras Investments, LLC, where duties encompassed administrative support, correspondence management, and accounting document organization. Monika holds two MBAs in Human Resources Management from Guru Jambheshwar University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from J.V.Jain College.
