Alycia Lee

Alycia Lee is a dedicated founder and leader in social justice and experiential learning, with extensive experience across various organizations since 2008. Currently serving as the Founder of Operation Instigation Foundation and Head Instigator and Owner of Instigation, Alycia focuses on equipping youth and communities with necessary skills and resources. As a Heroic Ambassador for Heroic Public Benefit Corporation, Alycia contributes to a mission aimed at enhancing global flourishing by 2051. Additional roles include Co-Founder and Navigator at SHIFT Foundation Netherlands, Partner at DKL Comm V., and Sustainable Business Designer at ProPortion Foundation. With a solid educational background, including a BS in Biology from Loyola Marymount University, Alycia continues to develop innovative initiatives to foster collaboration and personal development.
