Calman Hilkert

Calman Hilkert began their professional career in 2013 as a Phone Surveyor at the University of Wisconsin Survey Center. In 2014, they moved to the Accenture Leadership Center as a Student Leadership Consultant. In 2015, they joined Orangetheory Fitness as a Sales Associate and Social Media Manager. In 2016, they transitioned to the Wisconsin Athletic Club, LLC as a Member Services Representative, where their mission was to "make a difference in people's lives." In 2019, they became the Head of Coach Astonishment at Optimize Enterprises, Public Benefit Corporation, where they were responsible for the Optimize Coach Program, which served over 3,000 people from 90+ countries. In 2022, they moved to Heroic Public Benefit Corporation as the Head of Member Astonishment.

Calman Hilkert attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Calman then transferred to the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Operations and Technology Management in 2015.
