Gunn Vanichbuncha has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years. Gunn began their career as an Auditor Trainee at Ernst & Young in 2007, focusing on financial statement auditing. Gunn then moved on to become a Senior Auditor, providing auditing services to major local banks, asset management companies, and a local magazine publisher in Thailand.

In 2015, Gunn joined The Mall Group as an Accounting Manager, later transitioning to the role of Senior Accounting Manager. Gunn held these positions until 2018 when they joined aCommerce, an ecommerce solutions company, as the Senior Accounting Manager. Gunn was subsequently promoted to Regional Finance Controller, responsible for finance operations across Southeast Asia.

Gunn's next role was at OSOTSPA CO.,LTD. in 2020, where they served as the Head of Finance and Accounting - AOC until 2021. Currently, Gunn is the CFO at Heroleads Asia, a position they assumed in October 2021.
