Natassa Kappou

Natassa Kappou currently serves as the Indirect Sales Manager at HERON, overseeing sales channels across Greece, which include managing a team of Regional Managers and Account Managers for the Indirect Dealer Network, as well as a Sales Call Center team and QA analysts. Prior to HERON, Natassa Kappou accumulated extensive experience at WIND Hellas from 1994 to 2019, holding various roles such as CRM Outbound & Call Center Manager, Regional Sales Manager, CRM Operations Manager, and Sales Training Specialist. Responsibilities included managing outbound and inbound teams, training sales personnel, and facilitating customer service operations, alongside promoting telecommunication products and addressing customer complaints.
