Chichi Ukomadu

Chichi Ukomadu has a wealth of experience in the IT field. Chichi started their career in 2002 as an IT Help Desk Intern at Shell. Chichi then worked as a Technical Support Group Intern at KPMG in 2003. In 2006, they worked as an IT Support Tech II at Deluge. In 2008, they worked as a SAP Business Analyst/Developer at Easton - Bell Sports. In 2011, they Co-Founded and served as COO of Heroshe, a cross-border e-commerce, logistics, and payments company. In this role, they were responsible for leading the global operations, including the warehouse/logistics, accounting, legal, and people operations teams.

Chichi Ukomadu obtained a BSC in Computer Science from Babcock University in 2004. Chichi then went on to receive an MS in Management Information Systems from the University of Illinois Springfield in 2011. In 2016, Chichi Ukomadu completed a Front-End Web Developer (JS) course from The Iron Yard. In addition, Chichi Ukomadu has obtained certifications in Scrum Master from the International Scrum Institute in 2018, ITIL\u00ae Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, and Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute in 2011.
