Víctor Celdrán

Víctor Celdrán Martínez is currently pursuing a PhD in Aerospace at Cranfield University while also working as a Simulation Engineer for HEROTECH8. The PhD research focuses on developing a UAVs simulation environment that incorporates various threats encountered during urban operations. Previous experience includes roles as a Researcher in Autonomous Systems at Cranfield University, where the focus was on UAS applications and autonomy algorithms, as well as a MSc Thesis Researcher at BAE Systems, developing tools for improving object detection models. Additionally, Víctor served as Lead Vehicle Design Engineer in an inter-university UAV swarm design competition and worked as a teacher in Maths and Physics. Víctor holds multiple degrees, including an MSc in Autonomous Vehicle Dynamics and Control and a Master of Engineering from renowned institutions, along with a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Vehicles.
