Dr. Terry L. Patton

Dr. Terry L. Patton, DM, PMP, MMC, currently serves as Regional Director of Program Management and Planning at Héroux-Devtek since August 2022 and as Program Manager and Senior Business Consultant at The University of Texas at San Antonio since October 2019, where leadership is provided to a team of seven senior business consultants. Dr. Patton has extensive experience in operations management and project management, having previously held leadership positions at Boeing for nearly three decades, including Senior Operations Manager and Director roles overseeing various maintenance and operations for the Department of Defense. An accomplished academic, Dr. Patton holds a Doctor of Management degree in Organizational Management and Leadership from the University of Phoenix, along with an MBA, a Project Management Professional certification, and additional qualifications in business administration.
