Msc Jose-Manuel Romero Pmp®

Jose-Manuel Romero has extensive experience in the aerospace industry, with a strong focus on engineering program management and supply chain management. Jose-Manuel'srecent role as Supply Chain Director - Engineering at Héroux-Devtek involved introducing new suppliers, contract management, and negotiation. Prior to this, they served as an Engineering Program Manager at Dassault Aviation, overseeing the design, manufacturing, and qualification of landing gear systems for Falcon 10X and Falcon 6X aircraft. Jose-Manuel also has experience as a Development Programme Manager at CESA, leading development projects for Asia Market and A400M projects. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Short Training Stayer at the von Karman Institute for Fluid Dynamics, where they completed an internship program and conducted a test campaign for their master's degree thesis in Aeronautical Engineering.

Jose-Manuel Romero, MsC, PMP® has a diverse education history. Jose-Manuel obtained a degree in BsC and MsC Aeronautical Engineering with a specialization in Propulsion from Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) between 2005 and 2010. Jose-Manuel also pursued an MsC in Telecommunications Engineering with a focus on Electronics at UPV from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed a degree in BsC Technical Telecommunications Engineering from UPV, which lasted from 1999 to 2004.

In 2018, Jose-Manuel attended a project management program at Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid to further enhance their skills in that area.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Jose-Manuel also holds several certifications. In 2020, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2010, they received the First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge. Recently, in 2022, they attained the Test de Connaissance du Français certification from France Éducation international and the CSIA Level 2 Certification from the Canadian Ski Instructors' Alliance / Alliance des moniteurs de ski du Canada.
