Stephane Boivin, MBA, M. Eng has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries and roles. Stephane started their career in the Canadian Armed Forces, where they managed projects related to functional analysis and technical analysis of military prototype equipment.

Following their military service, Boivin joined Pratt & Whitney Canada, where they held various managerial positions. Stephane served as a Senior Analyst in Corporate Strategic Planning, supporting the senior executive team in the elaboration of corporate strategies for key markets. Stephane also worked as a Development Engineer, specializing in static structures, where they conducted finite element analysis simulations and provided technical assistance for manufacturing groups.

Boivin then moved to Tech Mahindra, a digital transformation and consulting company, where they worked as a Principal Consultant in Strategic Business Development. In this role, they contributed to the company's strategic growth by identifying business opportunities and developing solutions for clients.

Currently, Boivin is working at Héroux-Devtek, an international aerospace company. Stephane serves as the Director of Product Support for North America, leading a team responsible for providing aftermarket services to customers worldwide. Stephane also held the position of Manager of Military Programs, where they oversaw the design, development, manufacture, repair, and overhaul of landing gear and actuation systems for both commercial and military sectors.

Stephane Boivin pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Military College of Canada/Collège militaire royal du Canada in the years 1989 to 1994. Following this, they went on to complete their Masters in Aerospace Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal from 1996 to 1999. Their educational journey culminated with the attainment of a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Management from HEC Montréal, which they earned between 1999 and 2002.
