Paul Nicholson started their work experience in 2004 at Dell, initially working in sales and later transitioning to Brand Management and Marketing. Paul then worked as the Manager of Digital Marketing at HealthTrust Purchasing Group from 2014 to 2015. After that, they served as the Digital Marketing Manager at Logan's Roadhouse from 2015 to 2017, where they managed social media, email, and web channels. Paul also worked as a Client Advisory Board Member for Yelp, MomentFeed, and BWG Strategy Group from 2017 to 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as the Sr. Manager, National Digital Marketing at Captain D's, where they managed digital platforms and programs for the restaurant chain. Paul then joined GoNoodle in 2019 as the Marketing Director, leading marketing programs for the company's Home/Family and Educator products. From 2020 to the present, they have been working at HeroWear, initially as the Director of Marketing and currently serving as the Vice President of Growth. Alongside their professional roles, they also run their own photography business called Paul Nicholson Photography since 2009.
Paul Nicholson obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications with a minor in Marketing from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU). In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications such as the Columbia Business School: CMO Academy from Columbia Business School Executive Education in April 2019 and the Dell Social Media and Communities Professional - Certified Trainer from Dell, Inc in May 2011.
