Chip Jordan

Chip Jordan is an accomplished professional in business development and marketing, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and Marketing at Herrero Builders since May 2021. In this role, Chip leads firmwide efforts to expand into the healthcare, biotech, and education sectors, building on a previous focus on strategic pursuits and communications. Prior experience includes leadership positions at WSP USA, where Chip contributed to national client engagement initiatives, and a role as Business Development Strategist in the Property and Buildings sector. Prior to WSP USA, Chip held marketing management positions at WRNS Studio, Martinkovic Milford Architects, and Gresham, Smith and Partners, where responsibilities spanned rebranding, marketing communications, and team management.
