Karen Gemmill Pe, Well

Karen Gemmill, PE, WELL AP is an experienced Project Manager currently with Herrero Builders, overseeing projects since August 2022. Prior to this role, Karen worked at JLL as a Project Manager from September 2019 to August 2022, and at Bradac Co from July 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included coordinating design and construction teams for a major campus project for Uber Technologies. Additionally, Karen managed various building improvement projects for a Confidential Family Trust from June 2012 to July 2018, ensuring successful project execution through contractor management and schedule maintenance. Earlier experience includes positions as a Senior Civil Engineer at Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. and Parsons Brinckerhoff, and as an Associate Civil Engineer at Parsons. Karen earned a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
