Joe Bilbao

Joe Bilbao has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Director of Human Resources and Labor Relations at The Herrick Corporation since November 2022. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at Kaiser Permanente from April 2018 to November 2022, where they provided guidance on labor relations, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, diversity, and compensation issues. Prior to that, Joe served as a Regional Human Resources Manager at LKQ Corporation from January 2015 to March 2018, and as a Human Resources Manager at Morton Salt from May 2010 to January 2015. Joe also held various HR roles at Dana Corporation, Fleetwood Enterprises, and Metropolitan Provisions earlier in their career.

Joe Bilbao completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Cal State Fullerton, College of Business and Economics between the years 1995 and 2001. Later, Joe pursued a Masters degree in Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University, which they completed in 2014.
