Rob Gill

VP of Innovation at Herschel Supply Co.

Rob Gill has extensive work experience in the design and innovation field. Rob started their career as the Softgoods Manager at Race Face Performance Components, where they created the apparel program and collaborated with sponsored athletes to develop unique cycling apparel. Rob then moved on to SUGOI, where they served as the Senior Technical Designer and later became the Creative Director, responsible for designing industry-leading sports apparel. After that, they joined Dorel Sports as the Vice President of Design, where they oversaw the strategic vision and design direction for global product offerings. Currently, Rob works at Herschel Supply Company as the Vice President of Product Design and Innovation, leading cross-functional teams and championing new methods and product categories.

Rob Gill attended Concordia University from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Industrial Design and Photography. Following this, they went on to The University of British Columbia from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Finance at the Sauder School of Business. In May 1994, they obtained their Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the Sauder School of Business at UBC.
