Brad Richard has extensive experience in training development and instructional design, currently serving in this capacity at Herschend Family Entertainment since February 2019. Prior to this role, Brad worked as a Business System Analyst at Vivaticket S.p.A. from January 2015 to February 2019, and as a Foreign Trainer at Disney English from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in Brad's career, from May 2008 to April 2012, event planning and coordination were key responsibilities at Disney Meetings & Events. Brad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, earned between 2004 and 2007, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mass Communication/Media Studies from McNeese State University, completed from 1993 to 1997.
