Abdel-Salam Musleh has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Part-Time Package Handler at FedEx Ground. In 2014, they took on the role of an IT Work Study at Central Penn College. From 2016 to 2018, Abdel-Salam joined RITE AID, where they served as a Technical Support Representative and a Software Quality Assurance Analyst. During their time at RITE AID, they gained expertise in troubleshooting technical issues, documenting calls, providing customer support, and conducting training sessions.
In 2018, Abdel-Salam joined Hersha Hospitality Management as an IT Support Specialist. In this role, they provided technical assistance to corporate and hotel users through various channels. Abdel-Salam managed Active Directory and Google Accounts, troubleshooted Windows OS, PC hardware, and network connectivity, and contributed to creating/updating knowledge articles. Additionally, they led projects to improve efficiency and prioritized tickets based on impact, earning the highest rating for customer satisfaction in their team.
Abdel-Salam continued their journey with Hersha Hospitality Management in 2020 as an IT Site Support until 2021. Currently, they hold the position of a System Analyst at the same company.
Abdel-Salam Musleh completed their education at Central Penn College and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College. From 2013 to 2015, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Central Penn College. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Applied Science in Computer Networking Technology from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
