Abdikarim Osman

Abdikarim Osman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Abdikarim currently works as a Staff Accountant at Hersha Hospitality Management and as a Program Advisor at The Arc of Cumberland & Perry Counties (CPARC). Prior to these positions, they worked as a Direct Support Professional at Persons Directed Supports and Alternative in community treatment INC. Abdikarim also served as an Accountant at Berhani Store, where they analyzed and reconciled accounts, resolved discrepancies, and ensured compliance with accounting standards. Abdikarim has experience as a Freelance Translator at One Hour Translation and as a Coordinator at Refugee Education Trust, where they achieved performance targets, prepared operating schedules, and provided guidance to youth members. Abdikarim began their career as a Teacher at CARE, teaching subjects like Mathematics, Science, and Social Studies.
