Alex Martin has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry, with a focus on revenue management. Starting in 2010, Alex worked as an Operations Manager and later as a Facilities Director at Hilton Garden Inn Charlotte/Concord. In these roles, Alex managed a team and ensured the smooth operation of the hotel's facilities.

In 2012, Alex transitioned to the role of Front Office Manager at Hilton Asheville Biltmore Park, where they were responsible for managing guest services and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

From 2014 to 2017, Alex worked as a Revenue Manager at Hilton Worldwide, where they oversaw revenue optimization strategies and implemented pricing and inventory management techniques.

In 2017, Alex joined GF Management as an Area Director of Revenue for Hilton Charlotte University Place/Holiday Inn University Place. They held this position until 2019, when they transitioned to the role of Regional Director of Revenue Management at Pyramid Hotel Group.

In 2021, Alex joined GF Hotels & Resorts as an Area Director of Revenue Management. They held this position until 2022 when they moved to Conrad Nashville as the Director of Revenue Management. Following that, Alex worked as the Complex Director of Revenue Management at Highgate until May 2023.

Currently, Alex is working as the Area Director of Revenue Management at HHM Hotels, starting from June 2023. Throughout their career, Alex has gained extensive experience in revenue management and has contributed to the success of various hotels.

Alex Martin attended Johnson & Wales University from 2009 to 2012. During this time, they completed a degree in Hotel and Lodging Management, with a field of study in Hospitality Management. They also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Management with a field of study in Hotel Management.
