Hengame Aghayere

Hengame Aghayere has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Hengame is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Macarons and Makeup, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they were the Area Director Of Sales Marketing at Hersha Hospitality Management, starting in November 2021. In 2022, they worked as the Director Of Sales Marketing at Quorum Hotels & Resorts from June to October.

Before their current roles, Hengame Aghayere worked as the Director of Sales and Marketing at HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group from September 2017 to March 2020. Hengame also held the role of Director of Sales at Sage Hospitality from September 2017 until 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Sales at Island Hospitality Management from December 2015 to September 2017 and at Lodgestar Investments from June 2015 to December 2015. Hengame started their career in the hospitality industry as a Sales Manager at NewcrestImage and later worked as Front Desk at Drury Hotels from 2012 to 2014.

Hengame Aghayere obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from The University of Texas at San Antonio. Hengame attended the university from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they also earned certifications in OneYield V2 in August 2017 and Marriott Access Edge in March 2015.
