Jaimé L. Roberts

Area Director Revenue Management at Hersha Hospitality Management

Jaimé L. Roberts has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Jaimé L. started their career as an intern at the Essex County Prosecutor's Office in 2009, where they gained experience working closely with Prosecutor Paula Dow and observing court hearings.

In 2013, Jaimé joined Atrium Country Club as an intern, where they immersed herself in all aspects of event planning and catering operations. During their time there, they designed a website to promote traditional Persian weddings, assisted in event planning, vendor relations, and menu creation, and also wrote contracts and invoices.

Later in 2013, they worked as a Reservationist at Columbus Hospitality Group, where they used Open Table to manage reservations for five upscale restaurants in the Boston area. Jaimé L. also fostered working relationships with area hotel concierges and provided office administrative assistance.

In 2014, Jaimé worked at The Liberty, A Luxury Collection Hotel as a Liberty Service Agent, where they provided exceptional service to guests.

From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Manager on Duty at Monaco Washington DC, a Kimpton Hotel. Their responsibilities included leading staff in front desk, bell, and in-room dining operations, analyzing guest experience data to maintain performance, strategizing using forecasts and rates for maximum occupancy and revenue, and performing audit accounting functions.

Jaimé then joined Marriott International in 2017, serving as a Revenue Management Analyst before being promoted to Revenue Manager. Jaimé L. worked with the Revenue Management team to optimize revenue and analyze data.

In 2020, they became the Director of Revenue Management at Hospitality America, where they continued to utilize their revenue management skills.

Jaimé then moved on to HEI Hotels & Resorts in 2021, assuming the role of Director of Revenue Management. Jaimé L. worked in this position until 2023, where they joined Hersha Hospitality Management as an Area Director of Revenue Management.

Jaimé L. Roberts pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University from 2010 to 2014. Before that, Jaimé attended West Orange High School from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Jaimé obtained a certification in Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute in April 2014. Jaimé L. also completed a course in Try SQL from Code School.
