Katie Weber-Coleman

Katie Weber-Coleman has worked in various roles in the hospitality industry. Katie started their career in 2004 as a Sales Manager at Konover Hotel Properties - Mircotel Inn & Suites, where they stayed until 2005. Katie then joined Konover Hotel Properties - Centennial Inn Hotel as the Director of Sales from 2005 to 2007. In 2007, they started working at Hersha Hospitality at the Homewood Suites Hartford South/Glastonbury as the Business Transient/Extended Stay Sales Manager, a position they held until 2010. Katie then moved to Hersha Hospitality Management, where they worked in different capacities. From 2010 to 2014, they served as the Director of Sales & Marketing, and from 2014 to 2019, they held the role of Area Director of Sales and Marketing. Currently, they are the Regional Director of Sales at Hersha Hospitality Management, a position they have held since December 2019.

Katie Weber-Coleman attended St. Mary's High School from 1995 to 1999. Katie then went on to attend Central Connecticut State University from 1999 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Tourism & Hospitality.
