Roshelle Gordon

Roshelle Gordon has a strong background in finance and procurement, with experience in various positions. Roshelle began their career as a Junior Accountant at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in 2005, where they successfully managed the checkbook for a major plant restructuring project. Roshelle then worked at HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College from 2012 to 2018 as a Fiscal Analyst, handling budget analysis and procurement functions for capital projects across multiple campuses. Currently, they are serving as the Director of Capital Projects, Procurement Systems & Accounts Payable at Hersha Hospitality Management, where they manage the capital project revenue budget and led the implementation of a new procure to pay ERP software. Roshelle has extensive knowledge in procurement principles and processes.
