Erika Rodkey

Erika Rodkey has a diverse work history in the hospitality and finance industries. Erika started their career at Belco Community Credit Union as a Branch Manager, where they gained experience in banking, business development, and administration. After seven years, they transitioned to Hersha Hospitality Management as a Senior Staff Accountant, where they performed account reconciliations, advised on financial decisions, and prepared financial statements. Erika then worked as a Capital Projects Finance Manager, CapEx Analyst, and Senior Regional Director of Accounting at Hersha Hospitality Management. In these roles, they managed major capital projects, presented project summaries to hotel management companies, and assisted with budgeting. Most recently, Erika held positions at RLJ Lodging Trust as a Manager of Capital Investments and Contracts and Senior Manager of Capital Disbursements & Fixed Assets. Erika is currently the Vice President of Property Accounting at Hersha Hospitality Management.

Erika Rodkey earned their Master's Degree in Business Administration from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Central Pennsylvania College from 2005 to 2010.
