John Rish

John Rish has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. John began their career in 1998 as the Director of Operations at Hilton Washington Dulles. From 2001 to 2004, they served as the General Manager at State Plaza Hotel. In 2004, they joined Hilton Garden Inn Washington DC Downtown as the General Manager and held this position until 2016. From 2016 to 2023, they worked at Urgo Hotels as the Regional Director of Operations. Currently, John Rish is the Regional Vice President of Operations at Hersha Hospitality Management since 2023.

John Rish graduated from DeSales University in 1991 with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Prior to that, they attended Paul VI High School in Fairfax, VA from 1984 to 1986.
