Swathi Rangan

Swathi Rangan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries. Currently a Partner at Herspiegel since September 2016, Swathi has held various leadership positions including Principal, Senior Manager, Manager, Consultant, and Associate Consultant. Prior experience includes roles as US Marketing Manager and US Marketing Associate at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, and analytical positions at Patheon and DSM, where Swathi was instrumental in ensuring quality therapeutics through project management and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, relevant early career experience includes work as a Biomedical Research Analyst at East Carolina University Division of Health Sciences and a Computer Lab Assistant. Swathi holds an MBA in Pharmaceutical Management and Marketing from Rutgers Business School, a Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences with a concentration in Pharmacological Sciences from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from East Carolina University.
