Currently serving as Principal at Herspiegel Consulting since July 2015, Sargent leads teams on digital health and strategy projects for major pharma companies, focusing on the global launch of cell and gene therapies. Earlier roles included positions as Senior Manager, Manager, and Consultant, where Sargent coordinated significant projects, including drug-device combinations and product launches for rare diseases. Prior to Herspiegel Consulting, Sargent worked at Merck as a Business Consulting Specialist, implementing operational best practices and mentoring team members. With a background as a Nuclear Submarine Officer in the United States Navy and an education that includes an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, Sargent combines technical expertise with strategic acumen in the healthcare field.
