Bjoern Hofmann is the current Managing Partner at Herter & Co GmbH, a leading German financial advisory firm specializing in debt capital. Prior to this, Hofmann held various managing director roles at IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG, Mediobanca, WestLB, and Dresdner Kleinwort, where Bjoern gained extensive experience in corporate structured finance, debt origination & execution, leveraged finance, and financial sponsors. Hofmann holds a degree in Economics from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
