Matthew Hopkins has served with Hertfordshire Constabulary since 2006, progressing from Police Constable to Acting Sergeant, where responsibilities included managing a team of 47 officers and promoting community engagement to enhance safety. Previous roles included ensuring timely responses to police action and conducting risk assessments. Matthew also participated in armed response operations, maintaining compliance with legal standards. Prior to law enforcement, Matthew worked as a Document Controller at Faber Maunsell from 2004 to 2006. Matthew holds fitness instructor and personal trainer qualifications from Origym, completed in 2022.
