Dave Mansfield

Dave Mansfield has over two decades of experience at Hertfordshire County Council, currently serving as the Head of Technology since August 2008. Prior roles include Technical Infrastructure Manager and Technical Services Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing voice and data networks, overseeing project management operations, and leading the IT Finance team. Education was completed at Simon Balle School.
