Dee Norman

Dee Norman is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in supporting vulnerable populations, particularly within the educational and social services sectors. Currently serving as a Homelessness Prevention Officer at Hertfordshire County Council since August 2021, Dee previously held roles as a Social Prescriber at Buck Mind and as the Pathway and Dacorum Outreach Coordinator at Hightown, where outreach and support for at-risk individuals were key responsibilities. Previous experience includes positions such as Learning Mentor at Ashlyns School, Engagement Officer and Safeguarding Officer at Barnfield College, and roles focused on youth enrichment and teaching assistance in various educational settings. Dee holds a Bachelor's degree in Child and Adolescent Studies from the University of Bedfordshire, a Level 4 qualification in Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Safeguarding in an International Context at the University of Central Lancashire.
