Mark Williams

Mark Williams is an experienced professional in crisis management, resilience, and emergency response, currently serving as the Head of Crisis Management, Resilience & Humanitarian Operations at Hertfordshire County Council since August 2022. Previously, Mark held several Chief of Staff positions at notable government organizations, including the Cabinet Office, Department of Health and Social Care, and Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy within a span from late 2020 to early 2022. Mark's extensive background in emergency services includes a role as the Director of Aviation Security & Emergency Procedures at Blake Emergency Services and Emergency Response Specialist, as well as Emergency Response Planning Manager at Monarch Airlines.
