Olga Staicu

Olga Staicu, MBA, CMgr FCMI, BSc (Hons), is an experienced professional in social work and management, currently serving as the Head of Quality Assurance and Practice & PSW at Hertfordshire County Council since August 2015. Olga has held various leadership positions within the council, including Service Manager for the Family Safeguarding Service and interim Head of Assessment Service. Prior to this, Olga worked at Cafcass as a Children's Guardian and Practice Educator, and held roles at the London Borough of Newham and London Borough of Ealing. With a strong educational background, which includes a Senior Leader Degree Level 7 and an Executive MBA from the University of Hertfordshire, as well as multiple certifications in leadership and coaching, Olga demonstrates a robust commitment to enhancing social work practices and supporting student learning.
