Tony Bradford

Tony Bradford currently serves as the Head of Countryside & Rights of Way at Hertfordshire County Council since December 2017, responsible for managing statutory rights of way, land management, and community engagement, while also generating income from partners to support service delivery. In addition, Tony has been the Head of Service for the Countryside Management Service since May 2009 and previously held the position of Area Manager at Hertfordshire County Council from 1994 to 2009, as well as Countryside Manager at Epping Forest District Council from 1986 to 1994. Tony holds an MSc with distinction in Public Management from the University of Birmingham and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from The Open University, along with an HND in Countryside Management from Merrist Wood Agricultural College.
