Paul Rosenberg

Paul Rosenberg is an experienced manager in the public sector, currently serving as the Revenues and Benefits Manager at Hertsmere Borough Council since September 2018. Prior to this role, Paul held multiple positions at the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham from October 2006 to September 2018, including Head of Operations and Operations Manager. Earlier in the career, Paul was the Head of Post and Scanning at Enfield Council from 1993 to 1995. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Urban Studies from The University of Sheffield, which was earned between 1987 and 1991.
