Rebecca Young

Rebecca Young possesses extensive experience in public management and community partnerships, currently serving as Head of Community Partnerships at Three Rivers District Council since August 2019. Previously, Rebecca held the roles of Acting Head of Community Partnerships and Strategic Policy and Partnerships Manager within the same council. Additionally, Rebecca has been employed at Hertsmere Borough Council as Policy Manager since August 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Public Management (Local Government) from the University of Birmingham and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics from the University of Leicester.
