Shona Gray

Shona Gray is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on workforce development. Currently serving as a Workforce Development Officer for Luton Borough Council since October 2018, Shona also holds the position of Human Resources Operations Manager at Hertsmere Borough Council, a role held since August 2008. Shona has significant experience in recruitment and has worked autonomously in previous roles as a sole HR representative for various organizations, including in the manufacturing and security industries. Additionally, Shona has entrepreneurial experience in establishing a training center within the security sector.
