LaKeisha Carter-Unaka, MBA has over 18 years of experience in the field of human resources. LaKeisha currently serves as a Senior Manager, People Partner at Rivian, a position they have held since May 2021. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Director at The Hertz Corporation, starting in December 2018. Prior to that, they held the role of Zone Human Resources Business Partner at Hertz Corporation, beginning in June 2003.
