Ben Giffin

Ben Giffin is an accomplished Chief Operating Officer currently leading one of APAC's prominent independent Hertz Franchise Groups, managing operations across 22 locations in Queensland, Australia since October 2022. Previously, Ben served as Chief Operating Officer at Armstrong's Group, overseeing the representation of 16 international automotive brands in New Zealand. Ben's experience also includes significant roles within the Mercedes-Benz network, including Dealer Principal at Mercedes-Benz Botany and Director & Executive General Manager for Mercedes-Benz New Zealand, where responsibilities encompassed sales growth, market share expansion, and strategic development of marketing initiatives. Additionally, Ben has a foundation in business development from Mercedes-Benz Australia and holds a Diploma of Business from the Australian Institute of Management along with qualifications in Mechanical Engineering from TAFE Queensland.
