Jim Palmer has extensive experience in customer service and management roles across various industries. Currently serving as Manager Associate 1 at Hertz since January 2020, Jim also holds a long-term position at YMCA of the Triangle as a Customer Service Representative and Lifeguard. Prior experience includes positions such as Inventory Associate at Anderson Automotive Group and Sales Consultant at Leith Honda. Jim has supported international and local students as a Graduate Assistant at East Carolina University, conducted environmental health inspections with Wake County, and engaged with guests in multiple capacities during university years. Jim holds a Master's degree in International Studies from East Carolina University and a B.S. in Environmental Health from Western Carolina University.
