Julie Cooner

Julie Cooner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in CRM technology and marketing automation, currently serving as Senior Director of CRM Platforms & Distribution at Hertz since July 2014. Julie has successfully developed and executed a CRM technology strategy that aligns with business objectives while managing project roadmaps and stakeholder expectations. Previous roles at Hertz include Director and Manager of CRM Solutions, where Julie led global Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations and marketing automation projects. Prior to Hertz, Julie worked at Oracle as Lead Software Test Engineer and held management roles in digital marketing and restaurant operations. Julie holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology/Behavioral Science from Florida Gulf Coast University.
