Mike Mitcham has over two decades of experience in the rental car industry, currently serving as a Business Partner and National Account Manager at Hertz since September 2000. In this role, Mike manages key accounts, including Costco and IKEA, contributing to $5 million in business and focusing on revenue growth. Prior positions include Regional Manager and Branch Manager, where responsibilities included maximizing profitability, overseeing P&L, and leading teams to achieve year-over-year growth. Prior to Hertz, Mike worked as an Overseas Holiday Rep for Airtours, where customer care was paramount during three seasons in Majorca.
