Syed M. Huda

Syed M. Huda is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Technical Director for Security Architecture and Engineering at Hertz since October 2021, specializing in integrating security into the product development lifecycle. Prior to Hertz, Syed held the position of Manager of Penetration Testing at Equinix, where responsibilities included leading Red Team Assessments and mentoring junior staff. Syed's experience also includes being a Senior Security Consultant at BSI and BlackBerry, focusing on infrastructure and application security testing, as well as providing training and support to developers. Education includes a Master's Degree in Computing in Applied Cyber Security and a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Computing in Digital Forensics and Cyber Security, both obtained from Technological University Dublin.
